online surveys?

Hi.. I am wondering about all these online surveys..I am doing some atm but there are ones that ya ahve to sign up for free trials to get your points or cash.I was just wondering if anyone signs up with these trials and wouldnt ya have to cancel them before the free trial is up..Any info would be appreciated.Thanks,Patricia
